My earliest memory of Marist is: coming to the campus for my interview and being amazed by the beauty of the campus and appreciative of how everyone that I met on that day was so genuine and welcoming!
One of my favorite movies is: Beauty and the Beast (the animated version). It was my favorite movie when I was growing up and I still watch it whenever I want to feel like a kid again.
My friends would describe me as: a good listener, kind, someone who loves to laugh and make others laugh!
When I think of heroes I think of… A quote by Winston Churchill: “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”
If I could travel anywhere…I’m a huge baseball fan, so I would love to take a summer road trip and see a game at every Major League stadium!
My biggest “mentors “growing up were… my parents. They set a wonderful example for me of what it means to be kind, generous, and hardworking. The fact that they always believed in me is what taught me how to believe in myself and keep working to achieve my goals.
One of the best things about college is… the opportunity to discover new interests and talents.
When I’m not busy with things at Marist I like to… spend time with family (including my dog!), go to the beach, read, and root for the Yankees!
My message for the students of Marist is: trust yourself and be open to new people and experiences. You have a lot to offer so don’t be afraid to be yourself and make the most of your time by finding the opportunities that will help you grow!
