Colleen is the Director of the Center for Social Media and Visiting Lecturer for the School of Communication and the Arts at Marist, where she teaches communications with an interest in digital media.She transitioned to the School of Communication and the Arts in May 2017 after spending four and a half years in Information Technology at Marist.She is a three-time graduate of Marist, with a BA in Communication, MA in Integrated Marketing Communication, and an MBA.
