Spring Visit Options for Accepted Students

You're in – congratulations! We've designed a number of visits with you in mind, so see for yourself the number of options available to you.

Open House for Accepted Students
April 6, 2019, or April 7, 2019

If you can only come to Marist for one visit, make it our Open House for Accepted Students. This is our most comprehensive visit program, tailored specifically to the needs of accepted students. You’ll have the opportunity to hear and see everything you need to know about the Marist experience through presentations, breakout sessions, campus tours, and more! Formal invitations will be sent to accepted students and their parents in the coming weeks.

Shadow Days
Weekdays from February 4 - May 1, 2019

If you’re looking to get a sense of daily life for a Red Fox, the Shadow Day experience is perfect for you.  Fill out the request form on the page above, and our student Ambassadors will work to give you an itinerary that includes class & lunch with a current student and spending free time on campus with them and their friends. Give us as much information as you can about what you’re interested in doing here at Marist, and we promise to find your perfect match for the day!

Academic Information Sessions
Select Saturdays

Academic sessions are great for a student who has a good idea of their major of interest and wants to learn more from the faculty who will teach them. These sessions are presented by the deans of our academic schools and provide a deep dive into the programs and high-impact experiences our students have, both in and out of the classroom. You’ll also have the opportunity to tour our facilities with students in these academic schools. Visit the link above for the dates each school will run its program.

Looking for a more general overview of the campus?

We welcome you to come for our General Information Session and Tour or a Campus Tour Only. These are our most regularly offered programs—we even have them on weekends!—so there are plenty of opportunities for you to come see Marist for yourself. Our Admission staff is available to speak with you during any of our visit programs, so don’t hesitate to ask for us when you’re on campus if there is anything we can help you with as you make your decision.

Looking for something else?

If none of these options work for you, or if there is anything else we can do to assist you, feel free to call us at 845-575-3226 or email at admission@marist.edu and we’d be happy to help! If you're interested in speaking with one of our current students, email ambassador@marist.edu and one of our Ambassadors will get connect with you. Congratulations again on your acceptance!
