The Marist College Help Desk serves as the single point of contact between students, faculty and staff and the Information Technology Department. The Help Desk staff will assist you with your questions, requests and suggestions or route them to the appropriate area for resolution and provide status of your report. Due to the Coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19), the Help Desk has updated their hours and forms of availability.
Monday through Thursday: 7:30am to 10:00pm EDT
Friday: 7:30am to 5:00pm EDT
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am to 2:00pm EDT (Emails, Fax, and Voicemails only)
All support will be handled by phone, email, fax, and video conferencing during the hours above as the Donnelly Computer Lab, as well as all on campus computer labs, on campus are closed at this time. This policy will remain in effect until normal campus operation resumes.
